In Norway, you are not only taxed when you trade crypto-for-fiat. Selling cryptocurrency will always require you to declare capital gains tax whether it's at a profit or loss. Whether you are trading crypto-for-crypto or crypto-for-fiat you have to declare this to Skatteetaten.
