01 How are the number of transactions counted for each pricing tier?

Only transactions for the latest tax year are included in the calculation. For example, assume you made 150 transactions in the tax year you are reporting for but you have imported over 1000 transactions in total. In this case, Divly will only count 150 transactions when you pay for your tax report.

02 When do I have to pay?

You can upload, edit and do all preparations before paying. You'll only pay when you're sure Divly can help you out

03 What if I have more than 100000 transactions?

04 Is the Divly payment a recurring subscription?

No, by purchasing a Divly tax report you are not signing up to a recurring subscription. The payment is one-off. If you want to purchase your tax report again next year, you will need to make a new payment.
