How to export your FTX transaction history
DUE TO RECENT EVENTS, EXPORTING TRANSACTION HISTORY FROM FTX MAY BE DIFFICULT. PLEASE CONTACT DIVLY SUPPORT IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING TO IMPORT YOUR TRANSACTION HISTORY FROM FTX.
Automatic import
You can import transactions from FTX into Divly by using our API integration. After you have provided the API keys, Divly will be able to fetch your latest transactions anytime you click "Import Transactions" in the wallet page.
Important:
With the recent collapse of FTX, our tests have been failing for their API. As such the API import may not work and you must resort to using CSV files.
Please note that we import daily Profits and Losses for futures or options contracts. We have built custom logic to be able to handle these types of transactions.
Step by step guide:
-
Sign in to FTX.
-
Click on the Settings icon (looks like a gear) on the top right hand corner in the FTX dashboard.
-
Click on Api in the left hand menu.
-
Click the button CREATE READ-ONLY API KEY. Confirm with your 2FA code.
-
Copy the API Key and API Secret into Divly.
File import
You can import transactions from FTX into Divly by downloading and importing a CSV file. Make sure to download the CSV file every time you want to include the latest transactions.
Important:
FTX does not provide a way for us to calculate futures or options properly via their CSV. It is also necessary that you remove any transactions parsed which do not relate to crypto if you purchased stocks or contracts using USD (not crypto).
Please use the API to parse PNL for Futures and Options.
