File import
You can import Btcswe transactions into Divly by downloading and importing a XLSX file. Make sure to download the XLSX file every time you want to include the latest transactions.
-
Go to the Btcswe Support page.
-
Fill in the form at the bottom of the page.
-
Btcswe will usually send you the transaction file within a few working hours. You can also see you transaction history while logged in to Btcswe.
-
Drag and drop the XLSX file to where it says Upload CSV. Divly will import the transactions.
Important: Btcswe is a dealer and does not hold crypto for their customers. As such, if you have been sending the crypto to other exchanges or wallets, you will need to add withdrawals to and from Btcswe manually in order to match them as Transfers. Feel free to ask our support staff if you are unsure how to do this.
