Any crypto you earn from mining is considered taxable income. You must report the value of your mining income in DKK at the time you receive the tokens. This is the case regardless of if you convert the proceeds to fiat. If you do convert the proceeds to fiat in the future you will have to pay Income tax on the gains you've made.
